Excellent when used with our Red Pine Needle Oil! Just fill the dropper with water, add several drops of Red Pine Needle Oil, and it will create a ionized mist.
Will fragrance up to 900 square feet in just 5 to 10 minutes. Very compact measuring 5x3x7 inches tall. Standard 110 VAC operation.
When using with essential oils, make sure you use only pure essential oils and never use oils with vegetable oils or jojoba. Also, the oils should be reasonably thin, more like water than syrup. It will mist about 3 milliliters of oil per hour. That's more oil than other diffusers and exactly why nebulizers are so therapeutic. They saturate the air with essential oil vapor to provide a strong therapeutic effect. Watch out if somebody tries to sell you a nebulizer that "hardly uses any oil" as it won't provide the therapy or fragrance you expect.
Maintaining and Cleaning your Nebulizing Diffuser: It takes less than a minute to clean or change oils. Just remove the nebulizer glass from the pump and rinse the glass with common rubbing alcohol. Don't leave unused oil in the glass nebulizer when not in use or it can thicken and clog the diffuser. If this occurs, clogs are easily removed by soaking the nebulizer glass in rubbing alcohol.
Running your Nebulizing Diffuser: The pump is designed to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most aromatherapy treatments are administered for only 15 to 20 minutes at a time and then repeated 2 or 3 times per day.
